Puffling.AI (“Puffling.AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Service.

2) Who the Service Is For

The Service is intended for adults (parents/guardians/caregivers). It is not directed to children and children should not use the Service independently.

A) Information You Provide

  • Account information: information associated with your account.

  • Child profile information (provided by you): child nickname/name, age or birth month/year, interests, preferences, developmental notes/milestones, and other details you choose to enter to personalize the Service.

  • User content and inputs: prompts, activity preferences, saved/favorited content, feedback, and notes you submit.

  • Support communications: information you include when contacting support.

B) Sign in with Apple

When you sign in using Apple, we receive a unique identifier tied to your Apple login for this app, and we may receive:

  • Your name (if you choose to share it), and/or

  • Your email address or an Apple-provided private relay email (depending on your Apple settings).

We do not receive your Apple password.

C) Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and app information: device type/model, operating system version, app version, language, and settings.

  • Usage data: feature usage, interaction events, timestamps, and general app activity.

  • Identifiers and network info: IP address and device identifiers (or comparable identifiers) used for security, analytics, and diagnostics.

  • Crash/diagnostic data: error reports, crash logs, and performance data.

D) Purchases and Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store, Apple processes payment information. We may receive limited information such as subscription status and purchase/renewal events to provide access.

4) How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service

  • Personalize experiences and content (including tailoring activities to preferences you provide)

  • Understand usage and improve features (analytics)

  • Identify and fix bugs (crash/diagnostics)

5) Analytics and Crash Reporting

We use custom analytics and crash/diagnostic tools to understand how the Service is used and to improve reliability. These tools may process device and usage data (including identifiers and IP address) to:

8) Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. The Service is designed for parents/guardians, who may choose to enter child-related information to personalize the Service.

9) Data Retention

We retain information as long as necessary to:

  • provide and improve the Service,

You can control push notifications through your device settings.
